FAQ

What are your rates?
Our rates are exclusively by personalized quote. Each performance is unique: pricing varies based on the ensemble chosen (solo, duo, trio, quartet), duration, venue, travel costs, potential accommodation, and desired repertoire. Contact us to receive a quote tailored to your event.
How does booking work?
A 30% deposit is required upon booking to confirm your date. The balance is due one week before the performance.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, by card (secure SumUp payment) or in cash. Both the deposit and the balance can be settled with any of these methods, and an invoice is issued for every payment.
Are travel expenses extra?
No, travel expenses are included in the quote. Everything is transparent, with no hidden costs.
What happens in case of cancellation or force majeure?
In case of force majeure on our side, we find a replacement artist of equivalent quality. If no solution is possible, the deposit is fully refunded. In case of client-side cancellation, the deposit is retained as the date was reserved, with most activity concentrated on weekends during the summer season.
Should meals be provided for the musicians?
A meal is appreciated for performances over 3 hours that cover mealtimes.
Can we choose the pieces played?
Absolutely! We can adapt to your musical choices. As long as the pieces can be played harmoniously with the chosen ensemble, we will do our best to honor your wishes.
How long is a performance?
Each performance is tailor-made, with a minimum of 30 minutes. The duration is entirely adapted to your event and needs.
What geographical area do you cover?
We primarily operate in the PACA region (Provence), but we can travel anywhere in the world as long as transport, accommodation, and meals are covered.
Do you need a power supply?
Not necessarily. We are fully self-sufficient in terms of sound equipment: external battery, Bose L1 Pro, Bose S1 Pro+, and mixing console if needed.
What is the dress code for musicians?
The attire is coordinated based on the event and your preferences. We adapt to be in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of your reception.
How far in advance should we book?
To guarantee your date, we recommend booking at least one year in advance. However, don't hesitate to contact us even at the last minute: finding solutions is our job. If Alina is unavailable, we have talented replacement artists.
